Presenting authors, ought to be at the Conference Venue at least during the break before their oral session, so to provide their ppt files on time.
Poster authors may have them posted during the day, once they appear at the Venue, certainly before the beginning of the afternoon poster sessions.
Please seek for help or guidance, our volunteer team will be on the spot!
- Presentation format
Please bring your presentation as a .ppt or .pptx and .pdf file on a USB memory stick.
Presentation laptops will be provided in the session halls. Please note, a presentation with your own laptop is not possible.
Make sure to hand in your presentation to the volunteers responsible for the presentations, the latest 15 min before the session starts.
Please note that the length of the main congress short lectures should not exceed 15 min (12 min presentation + 3 min questions).

- Language
The official language is English. No translation will be provided during sessions.
Poster format
Please bring your poster in portrait orientation A0 size format (841 x 1189 mm, 33.1 x 46.8 inches).
Mounting material will be provided on site.
No other formats are allowed!
Posters that exceed the above dimensions will not be displayed on site.
